Amazon.com Product Description
Get your youngster into the swing of golf with the Intech Lancer junior golf set for boys, available in two sizes--for ages 3 to 7 (36 to 48 inches tall) and for ages 8 to 12 (48 to 58 inches tall). This affordable beginner's set is designed to provide an easy entry into the game, pointing toward a lifetime of fun on the golf course.

Everything your beginner needs to start enjoying a lifetime of golfing.
It features a 17.5-degree stainless driver with a composite graphite shaft (with included head cover), which provides precise weight placement to promote a more balanced and natural swing. The EZ Stroke putter is back-weighted to provide a smooth putting stroke, and it has a milled polymer face insert for better feel and firm contact. The mid and short irons feature a cavity-back, low-center of gravity design for more forgiveness, promoting good swing and control techniques. And the high loft, offset 4/5 hybrid iron makes fairway play fun (includes cover).

The lightweight stand bag with kickstand has a six-compartment top, zippered rain cover, five accessory pockets, and a comfortable padded dual strap that can be worn around one shoulder or around both, like a backpack. It also includes a rubber grip handle.

5 out of 5 stars WOW!   July 4, 2008
FAST SHIPPING! Came even sooner than expected! My dad bought these for our daughter- she's going to love them!

5 out of 5 stars Perfect choice   June 25, 2008
My son began golfing this summer. As a "little kid lefty" it was a challenge to find a course that rented clubs for him. So, off to Amazon I go. What do I find, but the PERFECT set of clubs for him. He was so excited. He absolutely LOVES them and they have been a great tool as far as learning a life long sport! Thank you very much!

5 out of 5 stars Good Buy!   May 22, 2008
I ordered these clubs for my 9 year old son who is left handed. The quality of both the clubs and the bag was great! My son is thrilled with them. They were a perfect price for an item that he will grow out of.

4 out of 5 stars Nice beginner set   January 7, 2008
We bought the older version of this set for our 8 year old who is just getting into golf. We've only had the clubs for a week, but he's played with them and they appear to be a very nice beginner set. We were also surprised that the bag is a nice quality one that looks like it will hold up and the set comes with covers for the drivers. The only minor complaint is that the clubs are a bit heavy but they're right for the price.

4 out of 5 stars Nice Bag, Baby!   May 25, 2007

The bag has several compartments for my little one to store his golf balls and any other 3-year old necessities. the stand makes it nice to store outside off the ground. At first, the clubs were difficult for him to swing (because they were so heavy), but now he really gets into them. The bonus is he is now able to play left-handed, where the plastic versions only came in right handed. Anytime we head outside, he wants to use the clubs.
